History

In 1993, Mr. Wang Youfan initiated the establishment of Xiangtan Jinhuan Company.

In 1997, officially registered Xiangtan Jinhuan Pigment Chemical Industry Co., Ltd.

In 2005, the trademark "Jin Yan" was officially registered.

In 2008, Hunan Jinhuan Pigment Co., Ltd. was renamed after capital expansion.

In 2010, a wholly-owned subsidiary, Jiangxi Jinhuan Pigment Co., Ltd. was established in Fengxin County, Jiangxi Province, which was officially put into operation in 2012.

In 2017, the second phase added 29 acres of construction land, and completed the construction of 4 environmental protection treatment plants and supporting storage facilities.

In 2023, integrated resources to establish a wholly-owned subsidiary, Jiangxi Jinci nano-materials Co., Ltd.
